More than exceeded expectation

In very nice and convenient location to the old town. Staff were very friendly and professional. Palamo the concierge was excellent and her restaurant recommendations were excellent. The one she recommended for New Years Eve O Curro could not have been better

The best thing was the familiar treatment of the stuff, they were so warm and welcoming, helpful and surprisingly nice.

A great hotel just outside of the old town

A great hotel just outside of the old town. Free outside parking or underground paid parking. Breakfast was great with a huge variety to choose from. Our room was a good size with plenty of room to move around.

Would have enjoyed some deck chairs outside as the weather was still good and the inside pool area was too hot to sit in.

Good location, comfortable accommodation

The location is wonderful. Close wnought ti walk to the city center, but away from city noises. The shower pressure was great and the staff was kind. Both the indoor pool and spa were clean, gave my family a nice break from walking all around the city.

There wasn't too much to dislike. Just make sure to have sturdy waking shoes as you will go uphill a bit to reach the Cathedral and city center.

Exceptional

Everything about this hotel was excellent. The rooms were comfy, very spacious and clean. The breakfast was amazing with a fantastic choice even a local Galicia table with local wine and cheese, you could also order eggs and a cortado. The staff couldn't have been more helpful with excellent restaurant recommendations. The hotel is in a superb location too with an easy walk to the centre

Lovely hotel with a awful spa. Not a 5* so don’t expect that. 3+* at most.

Rooms were nice and clean and great bathroom. The breakfast was good with many selections to choose from. Location was fantastic for us in order to walk into the town. “The walk would be difficult for older or disabled persons” I would suggest a taxi only 5€.

The Spa area was not nice at all very dirty and forgot about. Shame really as it would have made the stay even better. I solely based our stay here because of the spa facility’s . if this is why your choosing this hotel for your stay in Santiago I would recommend staying elsewhere. The sauna was closed & the steam room didn’t work correctly & the pool & Windows are terribly dirty.

Indoor pool was perfect temperature and had a nice view of the trees in the well kept landscape..

A few signs of age in the room, but nothing major.

Nice family trip with child

You can take Bus Nr 6a from the Airport to go there. The indoor pool is very nice. The Nature Museum (USC) is just 3min walk distance from the hotel. The cathedral is about 15min walk distance.

Excellent location, lovely hotel

Location, friendliness of staff, facilities and cleanliness. The hotel was very modern and had a lovely smell. Complimentary bar snacks every time you ordered a drink.

The food menu is limited and a little hit and miss. The food served is sometimes cold and the quality of ingredients are basic at best. The food is well below par for the standard and location of its surroundings.

The whole look of the hotel. The room was spacious and clean. The only thing was we were too hot! The staff were excellent.
